Classes and Workshops will take place from Monday to Saturday. Activities start daily at 9am.

The workshop will be a simulation of a real life Lean Six Sigma project where the participants, with the help of the DMAIC Cycle, will be able to apply tools of this methodology in the simple production process of a catapult. Some of the tools used will be the Project Charter, SIPOC MAP, Explanatory Data Analysis, Deployment Diagram, Fishbone Diagram and Potencial Problem Analysis.

By the end of the Summer School all students will receive a Certificate of Attendance with information on the topics covered and the total attendance hours.
